July 1st marks the beginning of the 100 Workout Challenge, where the goal is to complete 100 workouts between July 1st - December 31st.  If you are not a math wiz, that averages out to 4 workouts per week. It seems easy, but busy schedules, holidays, vacations and sick days all get in the way. The challenge is to make those days up.

5 Reasons to Take on the Challenge:

1.) Stay Consistent: The challenge keeps your workouts a priority, especially during busy seasons, ensuring you stay on track to reach your goals.

2.) Focus on the Process: Setting a process goal like completing 4-5 workouts per week helps you take control of your journey, leading to successful outcomes like weight loss, increased energy and confidence.

3.) Builds a Supportive Community: Engage with other challengers both in the gym and online, where you'll find encouragement, friendly competition, and accountability to keep you motivated. There is something magical about a group of people working towards the same goal!

4.) Earn Your Badge of Honor: Completing the challenge earns you a one of a kind AMPT t-shirt, symbolizing your dedication and hard work. It's a tangible reminder of your accomplishments that others will admire.

5.) Empower Yourself: By committing to the challenge, you prove to yourself your strength, dedication, and capability to achieve your health and fitness goals. It's a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
