This is where you will get your full body strength work out. This is the gold standard for burning calories; you’ll increase your lean muscle mass which will increase your fat burning potential. These classes are a little slower in pace to focus on proper technique, but never lack in intensity because you’ll be ask to lift more weight or do more reps every week. You should participate in these classes 2-3 times per week, and should be your main priority.

We are changing the way Cardio is done! Quite simply, this class will burn a ton of calories, get your metabolism AMPT up, and give you the cardiovascular benefits you’re looking for. Research has proven that interval cardio training is the most efficient for burning fat. We keep it fresh by always changing the exercises and equipment used, all while moving through all the plans of motion your body can create. In addition to your 2-3 AMPT Strong Classes, take this class 1-2 times per week.

ACTIVE RECOVERY

Wednesday

No matter what your goals are, you won't make progress if you don't make time to recover.  This class is designed to do just that. The intensity is brought down a bit, and we take your body through every range of motion to create blood flow and rejuvenate joints. Our goals is to make sure you feel better when you leave than when you came in.
