FOR THE NEXT 45 DAYS YOU WILL...

Train 4 days a week.

It doesn't have to be a 3 hour "break your body" session. In fact, it shouldn't be. 

But, a stroll around the block isn't going to cut it.

Not sure what to do? No worries, we've already written you a program.

Non-exercise physical activity 5 days a week.

Walk , swim, ride, hike, get active. (Think of this + your workouts as 10 activities a week.)

Stick to a Nutrition Plan that works best for you!

We get asked all the time, "what's the best diet?" Our answer? 

THE ONE YOU CAN STICK TO! Consistency is key.

Stay Hydrated!

There IS a magic potion for health and fitness. It's good old fashioned H20.
